Production Team - John Shearman

A native of Essex, England, John Shearman has been working as an audio engineer for over 25 years and has mixed for some of the top recording talent in the world including U2, Smashing Pumpkins, Jennifer Lopez, Prince, Pet Shop Boys, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jane’s Addiction, Ben Harper, Beck, Kelly Clarkson, Kid Rock and many other notable musicians. He brings experience in engineering, mixing and equipment management for tours and permanent installations. He’s mixed in venues around the world including The Royal Festival Hall, Wembley Stadium, Madison Square Garden and Dodger Stadium. Some of his most memorable events include the Glastonbury and Reading Festivals in England, the Roskilde Festival in Denmark and Roger Waters’ concert The Wall in Berlin. John’s work mixing the monitor, or stage mix, for so many different musicians has put him at the top of the list for events that require a sensitive musical ear, which is why he is excited by the prospect of working with the talented people involved with Primal Twang.
